Hottonia inflata

The species Hottonia Inflata inhabits the cold and temperature zones of the Northern Hemisphere (United States and Venezuela). This plant has finely divided leaves which are bright green while the leaves on the lower half of the stem have silvery tints. They only thrive well in cold water aquariums with a temperature range from 12°C to 22°C. These plants should be planted in-groups and regular pruning will encourage the development of side shoots making the plant more bushy.
